For orders stocked in our warehouses, delivery typically takes 3-10 business days. For items shipped from our international locations, delivery times can range between 7-20 business days, depending on your location.

Our warehouses, located in the USA, Europe, Australia, Dubai, and Hong Kong, allow us to efficiently serve customers worldwide. If the closest warehouse to you is out of stock, we will ship your order from our Hong Kong warehouse to ensure timely delivery.

Please note, if your item is on pre-order, it may take around 45 business days to ship due to our on-demand production schedule. In case of backorders, rest assured that we prioritize quality over speed and will process your order as soon as possible. Our small production team ensures that no corners are cut in maintaining the high standards of our products.

Our handling time usually takes about 2-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world.

Shopping for your home should be an enjoyable experience, so feel free to explore and mix things up! If something doesn’t turn out to be the perfect fit, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s in its original condition and packaging.

For made-to-order items like Moss Art, Wall Panels, and Furniture, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Please note, there is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded by Shopify when a cancellation is processed.

You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit or back to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll begin processing it within 2-3 business days.

We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.
