    Please note, if your item is on pre-order, it may take around 45 business days to ship due to our on-demand production schedule. In case of backorders, rest assured that we prioritize quality over speed and will process your order as soon as possible.     Shopping for your home should be an enjoyable experience, so feel free to explore and mix things up! If something doesn’t turn out to be the perfect fit, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s in its original condition and packaging.

    For made-to-order items like Moss Art, Wall Panels, and Furniture, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

    Please note, there is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded by Shopify when a cancellation is processed.

    You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit or back to your original payment method.

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll begin processing it within 2-3 business days.
